Brandi Branz Enterprises Refund Policy

At Brandi Branz Enterprises, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, customized services and products. Because many of our offerings are tailored to each client, our refund policy varies by service. Please read carefully before making your purchase.
1. Business Formation Services
Includes: LLC formation, EIN registration, operating agreements, business plans, etc.
Non-Refundable Fees: All fees associated with business formation are non-refundable once your application or documents have been filed with the state, IRS, or any third party.
Before Filing: If you request to cancel before any documents have been filed, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a $75 administrative fee.
Service Delays: If processing is delayed due to client inaction, missing documents, or incorrect information provided, no refund will be issued.
2. Customized T-Shirts & Merchandise
Includes: Branz Customs, HTSS merch, event apparel, and other personalized items.
Final Sale: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your approved design, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not available.
Sizing Issues: We are not responsible for incorrect sizes provided by the client.
3. Website Design & Digital Services
Includes: Website builds, landing pages, branding kits, and related services.
Full Payment Required: All website and digital service fees are due in full upfront before any work begins.
Refund Eligibility:
If you cancel before any design work begins, you may receive a partial refund, minus a $150 administrative fee.
Once work has begun, all payments are non-refundable.
Revisions: Up to two rounds of revisions are included in your package. Any additional revisions may require additional payment.
4. Consulting, Mentorship, & Digital Products
Includes: Branz Business Consulting, tax mentorship, templates, digital downloads, and coaching sessions.
Consulting & Mentorship Calls: Payments for booked sessions are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Digital Products: Due to the instant delivery of templates, guides, and downloads, all digital product sales are final.
5. General Refund Conditions
Processing Times: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in termination of all current and future services.
